Green premiums and market-rate affordable housing pull in opposite directions. CAGBC believes they can work together to build efficient, affordable, and resilient housing. Innovative financing solutions and public incentives are needed to improve the financial model. CAGBC’s work will further establish the proof points for the private sector to replicate this approach to sustainable, affordable housing.
